1. Add NPC ID condition to attack command.
2. Add Group heal condition to heal command.

Bug Fixes
1. Pick item outside hunting area
2. Unable to auto setup sell/buy shop when price exceed 2.5 billion
3. Not reset time for auto invite/dissmiss when start/stop battle
4. Double cast skill on heal/buff command
5. Not protect servitor
